OUR OBJECTIVES​
 
1.
We will become profitable for the first time in 2022 by raising our fees by 138% while maintaining or increasing the number of students we serve through broadened marketing efforts beyond individual referrals. We will measure our progress by hitting established quarterly targets. 
 
2.
We will scale by involving our founder in one part of our process only (the deep dive), relying on 2-3 subcontractors to fulfill the writing and editing required by the other six parts of our process. This will free our founder up to serve as the face of the company to attract more new business.

3.
We will serve underrepresented and/or first generation college candidates by providing our services for free to five college applicants who would not be able to afford it otherwise every year.
